Macro Dimension Concrete Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 10th march 1997 in Jitra, Kedah Darul Aman and started its business in supplying ready-mixed concrete to government and private construction projects.
MDC has started its own quarry division on September 2008 with the operation of quarry at Jeniang, Kedah.

MDC Precast Industries Sdn Bhd was incorporated in year 1999 and started its business activities in manufacturing of precast reinforced products since early of year 2000.Among the products are Box Culvert, U-Shaped Drain, L-Shape Retaining Unit, R.C Square Pile, Prestressed Beams & Piles and special design precast concrete products.
